
This is a slow, quiet class designed to help you fully unwind at the end of the day.
We’ll hold gentle, supported poses for longer periods to release tight hips and lower back, calm the nervous system, and encourage deep relaxation. The class finishes with a guided meditation to help you feel grounded and ready for a better night’s sleep.
This class is very gentle and beginner-friendly. No flexibility or yoga experience is needed — all poses are supported and you’re always encouraged to listen to your body and rest when you need to.
