This session incorporates cardio with toning exercises using hand weights, resistance bands and body weight. Suitable for intermediate to advanced Yogis
Suitable for people who have some experience in Yoga. In this session, you will learn an energising flow that moves with your breath from pose to pose. This flow offers strength, flexibility, concentration and breath work, and ends with meditation. In each session, we will progress with different asanas (poses).
Relaxing slow-paced Yoga session is suitable for all levels. Yin yoga works deep into the body with passive, longer-held poses. Yin yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of chi in the organs. Yin yoga also offers wonderful emotional and mental health benefits.
Combining strength, balance and flexibility in this 90 minute session for all levels. Beginners welcome.
