A little bit about me...

I've worked in the fitness industry since 2007, but I came to yoga through my own struggles with mental health. Yoga gave me tools to manage anxiety and stress that actually worked—so I qualified as a yoga teacher to share that with others who might need it too.

I'm a mid-size mum who doesn't look like the typical yoga teacher, and that's intentional. Too many people avoid yoga because they think they're not flexible enough, not fit enough, or not "yoga-looking" enough. That's rubbish. Yoga is for everyone, and my classes reflect that.

What you can expect from my teaching:

•All levels genuinely welcome—I teach to the person in front of me, not to an ideal
•Modifications for different bodies, abilities and energy levels
•A space where you can ask questions without feeling silly
•Practical cues that make sense (not flowery language)

Everything you need to know

Yes. Private 1-2-1 sessions are perfect if you're nervous about group classes, recovering from injury, working towards a specific goal, or just want personalised attention. Get in touch to book.

I'm not interested in perfect poses or Instagram yoga. I teach for real bodies with real lives—parents juggling schedules, people managing stress, anyone who wants to feel stronger and calmer without the wellness industry pressure. Yoga helped me through tough mental health times, and I want to share that without the intimidation factor.

Yes! Drop into any in-person class to see if it's right for you. For online classes, there is no commitment just pay once for a month access.

Drop-in to in-person classes (prices on the class schedule page). On -demand classes start from 99p for one months access. Private 1-2-1 sessions are also available for personalised support.

For classes at The Garage Studio just yourself. I provide mats, blocks, bolsters and everything else you need. For classes at Cilcain Village Hall you need your mat or if you haven't got one let me know and I'll bring one for you. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in—leggings and a t-shirt work perfectly. Bring water if you like, and arrive a few minutes early so we can have a chat before class starts.

In-person classes run at The Garage Studio in Nannerch (located between Mold and Holywell) and throughout halls and gyms in Flintshire, North Wales. Can't make it in person? Head to the On-demand class section.

Absolutely. Most of my students started with zero yoga experience. You don't need to be flexible, fit, or know the poses. I'll guide you through everything, offer modifications, and create a space where you can learn at your own pace. No judgement, no pressure—just yoga that works for real life.

I teach a mix of styles to suit different needs: flowing Vinyasa for energy and strength, gentle Yin for deep stretching and stress relief, accessible Yoga Flow for beginners, and Yoga Tone for building strength. I welcome complete beginners and include modifications for different bodies and abilities.

Yoga with Polly at home is an on-demand Yoga video library. This means you can choose what class you take, the length you want, anytime you want and anywhere. This can be in addition to your in-person classes or as a stand alone.

Pay once for your choice of class and have access for a month, use as many times as you like.

Yes you can watch all Yoga with Polly at Home on your tablet, phone, laptop or connect your laptop to your television using a HDMI cable.
